The application server(s) is housed in a secured cabinet, within a secured caged environment. The physical security of the hosting facility is comprised of fingerprint biometrics, facial recognition biometrics, mantraps, security guards, Proxima cards, and key locks.

In the event that another hosting facility provider is selected by Viyya Technologies, equivalent bandwidth, security, service, and support will be provided to the district at the new hosting facility. Additional costs to meet the equivalent bandwidth, security, service, and support shall be assumed by Viyya Technologies.

With our SSMS solution, there is no single point of failure, because our operations are spread across the country so that any disaster can be covered.

Efficiency and Effectiveness

The SSMS service is hosted by an advanced facility providing burstable bandwidth, redundant power feeds, multiple data connections, 24/7 security and monitoring to ensure full protection and total security. The security architecture is comprised of multiple Cisco PIX Firewalls, VPNs and Smart Switches. The data base servers reside behind their own firewalls and can only be accessed by specific calling applications via specific ports. Each machine is monitored for appropriate activity as well as potential hacks, viruses and other unwanted software.
